is my chart normal?

This was my first round of charting in years and years. It was also my first cycle off birth control (Nuva Ring). I missed a few days temping, as I was sick, and I'm thinking I ovulated then, if I did at all. I had no EWCM at all, but the chart does look biphasic to me. So I don't know if I didn't ovulate at all, or did and just didnt have any EWCM. If I did ovulate it looks like the earlies it could have been was around day 18, and it was only a 28 day cycle, which makes me think the luteal phase was a bit short. However, I started taking Vitex with B6 about a week ago, so that should help in future cycles. Any other thoughts? I never timed BD right, as I never had any EWCM, but now I will have a better idea just from looking at this chart. Any thoughts?

I found that with your charting, use an ovulation test as well. You can buy them for about $10-20 at your local drug store and they save you a lot of wondering regarding ovulation. I tried this after speaking with a friend who had though her ovulation was at a certain time for a year and after doing these tests figured out she was ovulating earlier than she thought. She was expecting within a few months. The tests I buy says that you can't use them if the strips are open longer than 30 days, but I've just used the strips day 10-16 until I have a positive then save the rest for the next cycle, saving money. I still get positives after 3 months so the 30 expiration is just a ploy to get you to buy more strips. It also helps with the guessing so you and your partner can get the timing right. It has also helped me to understand my charts, and see what MY consistencies are - as normal or abnormal they may be, but then at least you can go to your doctor with information that may help them.
