What exactly is natural conception date and mid cycle ovulation? I've heard that based
on these two days you can increase your chance of conceiving twins. How do I know to figure these two days out and track them? Any help would be great.

Sorry if I sound negative I don't mean to, I do wish you the best of luck, but you know what they say about something sounding too good to be true......

From what I can tell they are calling the "natrual conception date" the date that is determined by charting your cycle, evident by fertile mucous, cp temp etc. Then the "mid cycle ovulation date" is just that, the middle of your cycle. If you ovulate with in 6 days of your "mid cycle date" then you have a chance to concieve twins. YOu have sex on the day you ovulate and the day in the middle of your cycle. Hmmmm, too many holes to try to plug... but what about the majority of the women who ovulate on day 14 of their 28 day cycle? It either means they would concieve twins every time (their natrual conception date IS their mid cycle date) or they would never concieve twins because they only get one chance (which is exactly what happens, you get one chance a month for conception)
There are a lot of women out there who track their cycles, and many of them do it to avoid pregnancy. If you ovulated 2x a month on a regular basis it would be nearly impossible to avoid. And if every one had the potential of concieve twins every month there would be many many more twins, and they would be concieved by anyone in the general public, not just to those with a family history of twins.
These people are either idiots or scam (my bet is a bit of both!) DO NOT waste any month time or effort on this "method". Unless you have a family history of twins, or there is some fluke causing identical twins, you have no chance of being sucessful.
