Hi quick summary I"ve been on the Pill for about a year now. Last summer I had a Chemical pregnancy that of course resulted in a natural miscarriage ( my period).  Fast forward to now. My SO and I have unprotected sex, but I was still taking the pill. He was gone for 2 months and I am pretty sure I took the pill continuously. Well when he came back late March thru April we had pretty conitinous sex through out the time before he left again. (FYI he travels a lot for business). I usually take that week off between packs, but in April I didn't basically because I didn't want anything to disrupt our time together. So I did a HPT before I went straight into the next pack and it was neg.  Well I started to feel weird last week- sick to my stomach, no appetite, sore breasts, emotional- kind of PMS syptoms- but no period.  I ended my pill pack last Friday, and did not start a new pack..... and its three days and no sign of AF. I checked my CM the last few days and it's milky white.  I will take another HPT today. What are the chances that I am PG without having an actual period since the end of March? Thanks.

so curiousity got the best of me and I went ahead and took the second test. It showed negative. But I did take it after drinking a lot of water so that I could pee.... Any ideas?

I took a test a few hours ago and it popped up positive. I have a dr appt next week... And a second HPT to take first thing in the morning.... I just can't believe I can be preg without actually knowing I ovulated?  Either way my SO is super excited for the idea of having a baby.... I'm just scared bc I 've had 2 miscarriages and 1 healthy son.

IMO anything is possible. It sounds like you could be, or you could be stressing and that's causing the delay. I'd take the other  test and schedule a doc visit. It may have been too early to detect the first time, but regardless it would be good to be seen. Good luck!!
