BECOME A MOM!
One in seven couples suffer with infertility-and IVF treatment can end up costing thousands of dollars. Why not try reflexology? According to a study, it has a surprising success rate: in the study of women who'd tried unsuccessfully for seven years to conceive, 15% found themselves pregnant within 6 months of beginning reflexology treatments! [NOTE: It does not indicate the particulars of the study, where, how many, when, etc)
Here's what you do:
Roll a golf ball back and forth across the top of each foot, where it connects to the leg. This relaxes the ovaries, making it easier for an egg to be released. Then use the ball to massage the center of the bottom of your big toes. This prompts your pituitary gland to release more of the fertility hormone, prostaglandin.
Hey, we've tried everything else from cough syrup to V8 Juice, why not a golf ball!! :o)
ALSO if you suffer from PMS it says:
...A paper published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology reports that after just 8 weeks of reflexology, PMS sufferes experienced a near 50% reduction in all symptoms! And after treatment ended, subjects continued to feel relief during the next 2 months!
Cup a golf ball in your hand and roll it across the top part of each foot from one side of your ankle to the other. This type of pressure stimulates the uterus and ovaries which helps them function normally and brings the hormones back into balance.
If anyone tries it, let us know how it goes! I'm gonna try the top one after my Laparoscopy at the end of this month. It's too late in my cycle now but GL to those of you who try it!

I was going to quote it but without the pictures the instructions don't make much sense. The whole ovary/testicle/uterus is mostly around the ankles. You can treat DH also.
The biggest thing is that it has huge warnings posted is to NOT massage these areas if you ARE PG.
Mostly lots of little finger circles all around the ankles, like if you were to grab your heel from the back, where your fingers fall (right under and around your ankle bone) etc
and on the top of the foot also, all the places you would wear one of those ankle braces (best way to describe).
The premis of reflexology (short version) is that you have clogs around your body and by rubbing where those spots are in your feet, you free up that part of your body. And hey if it doesn't work at least you get a free foot massage ;)
