I have never done the charting thing and it looks really interesting... can someone tell me more about it.
Also I went off BC September 14th and haven't had my period yet can i still start charting?

Charting is aWeSoMe. even if you are not TTC, it is good info to know, you really get to know your body. and it DOES help to conceive. but some ladies feel they get too obsessive and back off. I embrace my obsession, LOL but i use it as birthcontrol too, so it is part of my routine.
anyway, get a fertilityfriend.com account (free) and just start entering your info. when you get your period (AF) your chart will start you at dy one - you can start a chart anytime, and when you get to your Af, it will start you all over again at day 1. make a note of your CM (mucus), take temps and note that. There is a lot of info here as well as on FF that will help. Good luck!!!
Sorry if I am not giving enough info, LOL I am out the door soon. And at this point, you just need to start enetering info, and you will learn charting as you go along!

I agree that it is awsome.

I have really only charted for 3 months including this month, and the before this month it was 4 years ago! I'm more comfortable doing it this time around, and I actually hope not to go back on BC after the next child, but instead to use NFP. We'll see how that goes, though.
Anyway, I highly recommend Take Charge of Your Fertility - it's such an easy to understand book, and you can get going quickly with the routine.
Best of luck!
