No Aleve of Ibuprofen while TTC!

Went to my Dr. Visit to ask questions about TTC and irregular periods. Well, to make a long story short ... She wants me to use OPK tests ... AND she said NO aleve ot Ibuprofen the week I ovulate. She said that the latest studies say that it inhibits the ovulation process. She is not 100% sure of how much, but she just wanted to make me aware.

So, I thought I would pass it on!

Yvonne,

Thanks for the tip. I'll try anything to speed along the process!

Good luck to you!

Wow, thanks Yvonne. I wouldn't have even thought to ask that. I suffer from migraines, so I take Aleve ALOT. Probably more often than I should. I will take if out of my medicine cabinet tonight, so I don't forget. Guess I'll just have to suffer!! But it will be worth it. Thanks again.

Yes, Tylenol works, but not as well as Aleve. I actually don't even usually have Tylenol in the house, but I will add it to the grocery list now.

Thanks again.

Hello! I had a terrible headache yesterday evening. I'm glad I didnt take anything. I just suffered through it. I'll start using Tylenol. Thanks for the information.
