So my last AF was Jan 5th - which would put on a regular (and it has been regular) 28 day cycle - AF due today.
No sign of AF - AT ALL.
But, I had my IUD removed on Jan 15th - which some ladies say that can be cycle day 1 and they often have a period after having it removed (like that day - the next days)
Well, I had 36 hours of clotting/bleeding which is normal, then a mild yeast infection, then a weird diaper like rash (overly sensitive skin - clothing rubbed against me working at church), then I got 2 cold sores, now I have a regular cold that I am fighting back (and currently winning) -
BUT NO ACTUAL PERIOD.
So, now here I sit, not sure where to post, no idea where I am in my cycle. LOL I'm off to a fabulous start. HAHA
Unless fatigue, hicupps, sore throat and headache are early pregnancy symptoms. ;-)

Hi Jennie,
It might be like with me coming off the Depo, it might just take a while to get your natural cycles back.
I also felt sick, indegestion, burps etc so you may be seeing a similar withdrawl thing.
I'd keep an eye on your cervical mucus and see if you see any changes, or get any fertile stretchy mucus.
Good Luck

The first month after IUD keeps you wondering.
I have been keeping an eye on it - I had very fertile CM on my regular O day of January 17th and the ovulation pain on my left side for that day and the next day (going off the Jan 5th AF date) and then I've had eggwhite/stretchy TWICE since then (after the mild yeast infection cleared up - which was only a couple days since it was mild and I took Diflucan the second day)
I guess I could be pregnant. But I don't feel like I am. Of course, I didn't even know I was pregnant with Deklan until I was in bed with morning sickness at 9 weeks pregnant - and then I was pregnant with twins.
Thanks for sharing your IUD experience with me. Luckily, we are trying to be pretty relaxed about our TTC. It cost so much money out of pocket to get it removed, we missed our desired October due date TTC month, so I am ok waiting - today at least. haha
I have lots of stuff to do with my book (I'm a writer) and my brother's wedding (I'm a co-matron of honor, hehe) that it takes my mind off the just waiting and waiting for AF to show up so I can really get going with the TTC.
First, I must comment on your siggy picture - it nearly brought tears to my eyes seeing her so small there and then thinking you have GOT to get a picture of her like that in her wedding down and have them frames side by side. Wouldn't that be precious?
Okay - I only had post IUD bleeding for 36 hours. And it was slimy, not like regular AF bleeding - so much so that it sort of slid around the tampon I was using. (Now THAT is TMI, haha but being an IUD user, I thought you might understand, roflmao.) And that didn't occur right away. I had my IUD out on Thursday and it was Saturday night and Sunday after that when I had the bleeding/clotting then by Monday is was over and done and not even spotting since.
My doc said I've got the green light from the moment of taking it out - especially since I had started having periods in the last 3 months I had it in and I know I was ovulating each month (fertile CM, O-pain).
I have not tested. I did nap today from 2pm to 6:30 though. HEHE
