I think if you and your DH want another, have another. Your both adults you know what it takes what the possibilities are and if you still want one go for it. No one is allowed to tell you how many kids you can have. Just be careful with the health issues. Good luck.

It's not anyone else's decision to make but yours and DH. You two alone have the right to decide how large you want your family to be and it's not anyone else's decision. I'm sure it's frustrating and stressful for you but in the end I would hope they would be happy for you. I do agree that it may be better to keep it on the down low until you are pg, just to keep the peace. I really hope that they will be happy for you and you are def not too old!

I totally understand what you are going through. I also have 3 kids and although my family is very supportive, I do get the comments (they do it jokingly, but I know they are serious) Don't have any more kids, 3 kids is enough, etc.. Ultimately, it is you and your DH's decision, no one elses! If both of you want to try and have another baby, then go for it! My DH and I are trying again for #4.. I haven't told anyone in my family just because I want this process to be a positive one! Best of luck to you!!

Some people can get past their own views on what a perfect family size is the best, which doesn't always match what your ideal is. I think you should just ignore them and do what you think is the best for you. If your doctor doesn't see it as being an issue with your health problems, than I don't see an issue :) It's really nobody else's business, it's not their decision to make.
