Hi RVG-

Your chart is similiar to mine. I'm on day 25 now and not sure I O'd either. Thought I had til my temps dropped again. I'm on first round of clomid. Take a look at my chart too. I went to doc yesterday and had blood drawn to check my progesterone levels to see if I Oed. I'll let you know what I hear. I think you can either call your doctor or just keep waiting. They may be able to run your progesterone levels, (like I had done) to see if you've O'd. Your situation is similar to mine. You can O real late but there are other possibilities as well.

Best to you!

I went to doc in jan as my cycles were going wierd from sep onwards..dec cycle was still ok but I thought its better to take an opinion..Since she knew that I have been TTC, she prescribed clomid which according to her would help in regulating the cycles which was her main concern than not been able to get pg.

Well, clomid can have s/e like cysts and have to be monitored. ususally a 7 DPO progesterone test is recommended to confirm ovulation. I have always been able to ovulate on my own and and in time but now my cycles are off...yeah, doc does suggest to relax but I guess its easier said than done ;-) 44 days cycle can drive me crazy- I don't know how u are managing it... I think u should get a professional opinion too.

With 2 D&c and thrown off cycles- dream of getting prego seems unachievable..but I am trying to hold on to that dream. foe how long have u been TTC??? may be if long enough doc might give u clomid as well...

But beware if u have individual insurance, that its considered as fertility drug and if anything happens to insurance, getting a new insurance might be difficult(as told to me by insurance agent)

Oh... U seem to be under all that confusion your self..Every doctor has their own opinion and I know how tough that could make things for us.

Ok.. First of all the confusion of Day 21... Well typically, a normal women O on CD 14 of her cycle so doc always say get a test done on CD 21...which is basically a 7 DPO test... It is not true that every women O on CD 14, so u should get the blood test done on 7 day after u O to confirm Ovulation. I remember-mine was not done on CD 21 but later as per my O schedule. A medicated cycle should have results >15 and non- medicated 10-15 or more is good.

What was your level??

If your progesterone levels are low(post O)

Hey RVG!

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I'm still confused but following.

They told me progesterone is low. Didn't give me a #. My progesterone was very low in July as well (like 2) so he told me to start progesterone then to start my period and it did but then 6 weeks came and went and nothing happened. So we did a preg test and nothing, and then he told me when ready to start the progesterone and then clomid on days 5-9. No one has told me whether or not they think I O'd but they told me to start progesterone or that "I could wait til Sunday to see if my AF comes" but they didn't say wait any longer, just til Sunday. I too, don't think I O'd but would love to have AF and not have to wait the 15 days for my AF is taking the meds.

I willl keep doing OPKs.. I'm on day 26 today.

I think I confused you bc you said "I would wait for AF before starting clomid". What I meant is should I wait til Sunday for AF before deciding to start progesterone or go ahead and start progesterone today and start the 15 day clock?

Thanks again! I really appreciate your help and hope I can help you sometime!!

Thanks again for commenting. I really appreciate someone chiming in.

They said go ahead and start the progesterone or that I could wait til sunday to see if AF comes. So they gave me the choice. I decided not to wait and went ahead and started the progesterone last night. I just don't see how I O'd with my temps. But thanks again.

Where are you with this whole TTC process? Would love to keep in touch!
