I had a positive OPK, then shortly after a slight dip in BBT, but it didn't really spike. Could I have not Oed even with the OPK? Or is it too early to tell? The upward trend in my bbt after the dip is not reliable because I took it an hour later than usual. (It's hard to get up at 6am on a weekend!!!)

I need opinions here. I don't know if it's normal to have the spike come later or if some people don't have a spike even after they O. Or if I can have a positive OPK and still not O. Help! This is driving me crazy!

Despite the hour difference in temp-taking, it looks like you may have O'ed on CD12, just like FF shows. This would be consistent with when you got your +OPK. It's also common for women to have a temp dip around 4-6DPO (which could be going on with you). Until a few more days sort of hash themselves out, I'm afraid that's about all I can speculate right now.

It's possible to have a +OPK but still not O. There can be a lot of explanations for it... from causes as simple as stress to conditions such as PCOS or LUFS.

Good luck to you!

I agree with Tami. I think FF put your O date right. Especially b/c of the EWCM and OPK. My doc is not a big fan of OPKs becuase of user error. I thought I had 3 +++ OPK after O and my doc showed me (I brought them to her) why they weren't positive (coloring, etc).

Good Luck!
