OPK question

Ladies,

I'm pretty sure I was supposed to O on 9/19. I used an OPK 9/18 and got a positive result. I used it again on 9/19, same positive result. Does that mean I did not ovulate on 9/19?

Hope that makes sense and hope someone has some insigt for me.

Thanks!

First I assume you mean 8/19 not 9/19. A + OPK means you will O within the next 24-36 hours so you could have still O'ed on 8/19. Alot of girls get 2 + OPK's. Did you test on 8/20 or are you temping and did you get a temp rise on the 20th?

Good Luck.

You're right, I meant 8/19.

I ran out of OPK's so I didn't test on the 20th.

On a side note, I'm new to the temp. thing. How much does it have to rise in order to know I O'd?

Fertility Friend won't give a cover line until you have a .2 degree hike in temps for 3

days. Do you use FF? They are a great resource and you can chart for free. They

have sample charts you can view. Another resource is the book Taking Charge of Your

Fertility by Toni Welcher. If you check cm that also helps indicate O. My cm is

usually watery before O but a lot of people get eggwhite or creamy cm and after O it turns sticky. Your cp will also be high and soft and after O be lower and firm.
