Hi I had wiped some brown stuff and spots and it lasted for not even a day on monday. i was on one shot of depo in april. i was wondering if and when i would ovulate or if that was even period. maybe it was implantation bleeding. idk. any advice would be appreciated. thank you

It could be some mid-cycle spotting from your body still adjusting to the hormone changes, it also sounds like implantation bleeding. Have you had a period since coming off of depo?

hi it happened again same thing twice ive had lower abdomen soreness also. whats all this about? is my body adjusting?
