ovulation/aches...???

Hi there. Wondered if anyone had some insight!

overview:

April 2nd: Af- about 5-6 days long.

(Was on birthcontrol for a very short time-couple mos. Then DH and I decided to get off of it...Took a couple more pills after Af came. Then stopped permanently. Didn't wait to finish whole entire pack. oops!)

April 16th: (exactly 2 weeks after AF started) A second AF arrived. This time not as intense as my normal periods. Quite light. Pinkish & brownish. A little bit of red, here and there. Just used panti-liners during this time. (maybe about 3-4days Max.It lasted,..If that.)

Started experiencing light 'cramping' or dull aches I believe on April, Wed. the 29th. During this time, saw that I had EWCM. (Which I have never noticed it like that! It was stretchy, didn't break apart. And "snot" like. TMI, sorry! (But I have read that this is a fertile time-ovulation time) Had this for about 3 days- Wed. through Fri. These "aches" began on my left side, where my ovary is located, starting Wed. Exp. light cramps throughout my sides, and legs. And several different times, around to my back. There were cramps stretching over my hips too. Then, started exp. cramp like sensations over on my right ovary, too!!

Hi Rosebud, I am in the same situation as you.

I can't wait to hear some responses. Basically I am CD35 and 4DPO had really bad cramps the last 2 weeks (like I need to throw up) and bad cramps on both sides of ovaries (so I know it isn't my period coming). O'd on friday last week so too early to test. My prob is it's my 1st month of the pill properly and i don't know how long my non-pill cycles are but didn't o until day CD31- which I assume is late and hope I don't have a short luteal phase.

Don't have period like cramps, but can feel pain on both sides too!

Glad someone out there is also going through the same. I went to the doc last week and he aid it was too soon to tell and to come bakc this week if my period hasnt' come.

Everytime I go to the toilet or feel like I need to (much more often than usual) it feels like it's wet or something (TMI) but then I go to the toilet and it's nothing! It's really frustrating and hard to concentrate a work all day never knowing.

I have been told to assume you are preg until you see red! I am going back to the doc's at the end of this week for a blood test as still getting negative preg. tests.

Have been told sometimes preg positive dosn't show up until 6 weeks or more.

I hate the waiting - just want to know either way - if not then I can try and work out when I will next ovulate.

Let me know if you make any progress or find out any more info.

Rosebud....

I get cramps for a few days after O. I think it is normal and is nothing to worry about unless it is accompanied by bleeding or are very painful cramps. I have light ones that only last a few days at the most. GL!

Anyone ever get any 'ovulation bleeding'?? I have been doing research, and that was the first time I ever heard about that! It could of just been af, (april 16th-as said in my original post) I just am so anxious right now. I am really hoping this is it! I'm truely just confused about the ongoing cramping...or more like dull aches. (I refer to everything as cramps. lol! I've been getting 'headaches' since I started getting "cramps" on Wed. But I even refered to them as head-cramps!! LOL. they were dull, light aches in my head! I have gotten them every single day since the 29th!) My body is def. doing things it never has before. I just hope there's a *good* reason why! I started the headaches since wed. the 29th, like I said, and it would come out of nowhere! And I would start to feel nauseous, like I was going to boot! Lol! I would take IBprofuen. I have been taking it like everyday. (just 2 a day) I wonder if there was anyway I may have ovulated earlier than I thought, and perhaps I'm feeling implantation symptoms or something. (Also read that not everyone feels all these things, but it is not in my head. Don't know what is going on!) Keeping my fingers crossed for our blessed cycle!! <3 Baby Dust to all!!!***

Thanks Kara!

..Well, I thought that it may be harder to figure out when af would come again. Let alone, when or if I'd ovulate. But since I had the increased ewcm, and aches, I truely think I pinpointed it this time. That was just a totally different, and new experience for me.

I am excited, and praying that this time is it! Will keep you posted if we get blessed this cycle! Thanks for your suggestions/ideas! They are always appreciated! Baby dust to you!*
