Perscription effecting conception?

My wife and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year without any luck. In an attempt to eliminate possible reasons for this I have had numerous semen analysis performed. Each of these has come back perfectly normal but I still feel that our inability to conceive my be a result of my health issues. I am living with Multiple Sclerosis and two ruptured disks in my lower back. As a result I ingest vicodin for back pain when needed and inject a drug called Copaxone for my MS. In addition I have been perscribed Provigil to combat fatigue related to the MS. Does anyone out there know if the medications I take could be effecting our ability to get pregnant? I have been told that the Copaxone has no interaction but am unsure with regards to the Vicodin and Provigil. Thanks for your help

I'm not expert on meds and TTC, but I'd say if you had normal SA that this is probably not the problem.
