My chart : www.fertilityfriend.com/home/22c8f

I'm not sure if I got my o date right. I thought it looked good, but what about the rising temps the last few days? I'm feeling alright; not sick. I thought fur sure AF would show when my temps went down, but I haven't even had any spotting. (Ok, maybe tomorrow, right? :P ) Dare I hope that I maybe..possibly.."conceivably"..could be??

What do you think??? TIA

Hi Val,

Wow, you O early, lucky you!!! It definately looks like you Oed on cd 9 with the temp hike on cd 10 and your chart looks promising rising every day, it's looking triphasic (above coverline everyday) if they stay up. Do you feel you have pg symptoms yet? I cannot see your bd days so hopefully you hit your bd days near or on O.

Good luck to you.

Val,

I'm not really sure that you ovulated. You had a clear temperature shift last cycle, but this cycle your temps just seemed to go up and down, which is what it looks like when you are having an anovulatory cycle (no O). It is also possible that you haven't O'd yet and your temps will go higher later on.

Without more cycle history, it is kind of hard to know how your *individual* temps usually are, etc. I could be totally wrong because it is hard to read your chart because of high temps during your period and possible you ovulating early. If you throw out the temps at the beginning because of your period, and throw out the one on day 10, I could see the possibility of O on day 9 with a slow rise. I notice the temp drop today, so if AF doesn't start and your temps remain that low, I would say you haven't O'd. If your temps go back up and you don't start, then maybe you are indeed pregnant! Taking an HPT or getting a blood test can help you know what is going on. If you O'd on 9, you could probably test with a sensitive pregnancy test. You can look at other charts at http://www.ovusoft.com/ourtcoyf/gallery/ to compare. I wish you luck!

Thank you both for your replies! It really helps to get someone else's insight!

Julie: You can't see the bd days cause we didn't even bd this month! Af snuck up on me, and we couldn't get together in time (we don't live together). :( But couldn't it have happened last cycle and I might not know till now? (Definitely grasping, here!)

Chandra: I haven't been able to decide if I o'd this cycle, either, although I think I may have had an anovulatory cycle since I started charting in April...I couldn't, for the life of me, pinpoint an o date or coverline. I also had an ultra-short cycle back in August. It could have been just a fluke, but do you think either of those issues could affect my chances of conceiving???

Thanks again for all your help!

Having an occasional strange cycle doesn't hurt your overall chances of conceiving, just that cycle's. Now if you aren't ever ovulating or if you have really short cycles, then it would help to see the doctor to find out what the problem is.
