Please look @chart. Is FF always right?

Okay, here's the deal. I was thinking (hoping) that I o'd on Wednesday because my dh and I didn't get to bd until Wed. & Thursday. Even though I think Tuesday would have been the better day to bd because of EWCM, I still think I o'd on Wednesday because of 2 day + OPK and temp spike on Thursday. See my chart. However, I got my FF coverline and ovulation day today and I think they are both wrong. My coverline, whatever, but they said I should have ovulated on Tuesday. That's bad because we didn't bd until Wednesday. My hope was slim but it was still there until I saw their ovulation prediction. Could they be wrong? Is it just wishful thinking. Please look at my chart and tell me what you see.

Well I'm new to this Susan, but don't you need to add your chart here(heehee). I've heard some people talk about taking away your + opk and see what they give you.

Susan

I can't get to your chart, you didn't post the site. But, I would totally go by what your body is telling you and the OPK kits (which measure LH hormone). The BBT could be affected by too many factors, even not getting the same number of hours of sleep. Go by your body, it's much more reliable than a computer program!! GL to you, you are in my prayers.

I'm such a dip sometimes. The chart is now up. The only reason I think I o'd on Wed instead of Tuesday is because of the OPK saying + both Tuesday and Wednesday. Also because of the temp spike on Thursday. As far as CM it was much more EW like on Tuesday.

Thanks

OK, I have not been charting very long, but it definitely looks like you ovulated on CD 13 to me. I mean, your temp jump was so obvious on CD14, and with the +OPK on CD13, I would say it is even possible that you did not ovulate until CD15. So, I think you still have a chance, hun. GL to you. I am by no means an expert, but I have no idea why FF would say you ovulated on CD12 when you got a +OPK the next day. How wierd. Anyway, if you change your CM to eggwhite on CD13, I'll just bet it will move your 'O' date to that day. You can also override it to change it to CD13 if you want. I really think it is wrong. Oh, and someone on here ( I think Jenn) got pg on a month that FF did not ever say that she ovulated at all!! So, don't let FF bring you down.

Thanks Leanne. I was thinking we just bd'd in time then all the sudden FF came up with me ovulating on Tuesday. That did not make my day. Anyway, I think both my ovulation day and coverline are wrong. I read about the override mode on FF but can't find where or how to do it. Do you know where the overide button is?

I think tomorrow when you record your temp, FF will adjust your O day and coverline. As soon as they see an increase in temp for 3 days, they place your O day. But on that 4th day, if it's an increase that would adjust your cover, it will change. This just happened to me today. It said I O'd on Monday, then after recording today's temp, it was adjusted to say I O'd on Tuesday.

I believe this is the same for you. Looking at your chart and only going by your temps, not OPK's or CM, I'd say you O'd on Wednesday.
