i would like to know what everyone does when TTC - here is what i have so far, would like to get everyones thought - i just want to do everything this month that is possible, the dr. has given me one more month before IUI, and i want to make the best of it. both the dr. and i think its a timming issue. so all input would be helpfull.

1. take robitussin - starting on day ? ( i am not sure when i should start taking this, and for how long)

2. BD in the a.m. instead of at night, or just do it all the time during the time i think i am going to O?

3. i am using a OPK - but have heard that the monitor, ( i heard its around 200.00 is the best - )

3. Green Tea ? not sure what this helps with

any feed back on these, or any othe old wives tales or anything would help,

( i even have fertility dolls all over my room - just to help LOLaughs)

thank you,

teri

I am not sure about most of the "conventional" tips that the ladies here do.... but I have read the Saint Gerard (Roman Catholic) is somewhat of the patron Saint on Mothers, Mothers-to-be, and those TTC. I recently picked up a medallion. Can never have too much help!

Good luck this cycle!

Are you charting your temps? I have found charting invaluable.

I've got my DH on mega-doses of Vit C - it's been called a miracle drug for healthy sperm. We're also both on zinc (good for reproductive organs and stuff) and Vit E. I'm also on Evening Primrose Oil which is good for thinning CM.

I agree that charting is invaluable...

GOOD LUCK!!!!
