For two days I have had this constant "pain" in my pelvis. It doesn't so much hurt really badly as it just is annoying and feels like it's pulling. It's towards the left side, where I think my uterus is, and it's only in this one spot. I notice it mostly when I walk, and I realized that is feels better to push on it when i walk, like im holding it in place. I swear, it feels like it is going to pop out of the front of my body sometimes! i dont really know how else to explain. im not bleeding. I'm on CD36, with no sign of AF, planning to test Friday is she doesn't show. I'm worried this may be either a cyst, or if i am pg, then it could be ectopic????? i know my uterus is tilted too far forward. could this be a cause??
Please help!!! I dont want to freak out and go to the ER or anything, but i can really work myself up sometimes!! i was hoping some of you ladies may have experienced something like this before, since we all watch our bodies so close for symptoms!

your uterus is in the middle - a pain to the left side could be an ovary or a fallopian tube.
a couple things pop in mind for me...
1. an ovarian cyst. don't freak, these things are really common. they sometimes get a bit inflamed and hurt a little, then they go away.
2. if you think you might be pregnant, i would think ectopic pregnancy. if you do test positive and the pain is still there, call your doctor!
About me:
3 fantastic kiddos conceived with no probs in 1st or 2nd month of trying. We thought we were done, DH got the snip. Changed our minds in 2008, 4 cycles of IUI (no meds) using DH's frozen sperm - all BFN.
So, we are dealing with DH's frozen sperm, and my AMA (41 years old, we have no idea if that is a problem yet or not).
Starting IVF#1 - short protocol starting stims around May 1.
