I'm guessing that this is your first chart. Your temps are pretty low to be postovulatory, but without past charts to go by, it is hard to know either way. If your temps stay at the higher level for the next couple of days, then I would say it is indeed a fallback rise. If it drops back down again tomorrow, I wouldn't be willing to say you had O'd for sure.

About the symptoms, you really shouldn't be having any real ones at 3 dpo (although stranger things have happened). I'm guessing the cramps are related to ovulation (you can have O pains before, during or after O) and the peeing all the time could be in your mind or a bladder infection. Most *real* pregnancy symptoms are not going to kick in until implantation usually a week or two after conception. Some women don't have any symptoms at all though!
