Alayna, I think it's different for each woman. This is my first pregnancy, and I did not have any symptoms until over 6 weeks pg. Even now my only symptoms are nausea, food aversion and fatigue. And like I said, that only started when I was over 6 weeks pg.

My very first symptom was sore breasts & huge, hard nipples.....that started happening a week after O.

Looking back at my fertility friend, my first symptom was food aversion and nausea, just slightly though, and also my whole body felt hot to the touch all over and my face was flushed and felt hot.........
