Pregnant immediately after colposcopy?

Hi everyone! I looked up information about this all over the internet, but I could not find anything other than reassurance that colposcopies do not affect fertility in the long run (which I already knew because I had one done in 2001 and I have since had DD.)
I had a colposcopy done on July 24th, and my doctor told me to refrain from sex for just that night (seemingly he did not take much biopsy), but after that night it would be safe to have sex. He also told me that if I did become pregnant this month that the procedure would not hurt the baby. I believe I O'd on either July 25th or 26th, and we had BMS July 26th.
My question is this: Is there anything done during the colposcopy and biopsy that would prevent conception that month? I'm only about 4 or 5 DPO, so it's too early to test. I'm having dull cramping today, but we all know that could mean absolutely nothing.
Thanks to everyone for listening and for any advice offered! :)

Thanks guys. Reassuring advice always feels so good.
I guess my concern is the thought that maybe the chemicals used in the procedure make the area not hospitable to sperm, or maybe any scarring or clotting may block the cervical canal... yes, I do think too much, lol.
The waiting game is so hard, I wish there was some way to find out sooner! I'm only about 5 DPO (I'm guestimating), so I'm thinking the earliest I could test with any hopes of a reliable result will be Tuesday (Aug 4th). * sigh *!
