Every lady is different. Some people do O at day 10 and others O on day 15, while others O on day 32! It's so different for each woman. You should start charting your temps and CF and or CP , which ever you are comfy with and watch the trends. It's fairly easy to do BT charts with CF.

Get to know your body, and GL! sunny :)

Everyone is completely different. There are different ways to determine when your "o" happens, and when will be the best time to bd. Even cycle to cycle your "o" can be different. You should moniter your cervical mucus(cm) which will become stretchy and clear or more watery when you are most fertile just before "O" or you could use ovulation predictor kits (OPK) that detects the hormonal surge before "o". Many of us chart temps to moniter our cycles, but that will not give you advance warning of "o". Here is the link to our TTC board website: http://pages.ivillage.com/tratcliff/tryingtoconceive/

If you look in the FAQ page, that may help you out with some of the basics. Please ask whatever you want to for clarification.

GL to you!
