Question????????

Hi ladies! I have a question for you all! I need to know when to take a PG test. I am kind of stuck in the middle here. I am a 28-29 cycle gal and last cycle I O'd on CD14 and this cycle according to the OPK I O'd on CD17, which maybe wrong. I am on Prometrium, (Progesterone) and I will not get AF. I am to take a PG test and if it comes out BFN then I stop the progesterone and AF will eventually show. My problem is that last cycle was a even 14 day luteal phase and this cycle is shorter, do you think I could get a accurate result if I tested on CD28 when AF is due and it is possibly only 11DPO? Plus, if I stop taking the Progesterone if I test BFN on the 28th my cycle will stay the same and me and DH are going camping on my birthday around O time in August and it would be perfect! I know I should be praying for a BFP right now, but if not, I want AF to come around the 1st. I am still experiencing side effects I think from the Progesterone which is driving me nuts!- Swollen bbs, swollen everything! My wrists are huge! Urinating every 2 hrs, major dizziness, cramping etc... So please help me, tell me when to test and your opinions, please!

Thanks Chrissy for responding. Looks like no one can help me here!

I guess I will wing it then. So frustrating. I hear that it could take

5 + days to get AF after stopping Progesterone! I think I am going to test

on the 28th anyway. Who knows what will happen.

Thanks again for responding.

Seems like when I post questions I dont get many responces.

Are they that hard to answer?

Hmmm. I think that the more general the question the more answers one will get. So it's hard when you need/want to give all the facts for an accurate answer. Keep us posted on your tset results!
