Went to the hospital about 4 days ago cuz no AF had urine PT it was BFN, did a blood test it was BFN now still No AF and having to go for a histopinogram((or howeve u spell it, dye test)) tommorow I am just curious....It is not possible the day they took the blood PT that it was to early to get a BFP? I am assume blood tests r failry accurate yes?
I just don't want to go through the dye test then find out I am pregnant cuz I don't think the dye is a good thing if I was pregnant
Any thoughts?

I just had an HSG this month and I know my hospital would not do an HSg of you were not on days 7-10 of your cycle not only b/c of the pregnancy issue but also because your tubes have the least risk of spasming during this time and a spasm would make your tube look blocked even if it wasn't. Your ticker says day 6 but if you haven't gotten Af, that cannot be right?!
I have read a study on pregnancies that were there during an HSG and there was a 66% mortality rate, so I would definitely be sure. A blood pregnancy test will show 100% of you are pregnant or not if you have implanted alreay. It is the same theory behind a urine test- if the embryo has not implanted then you cannot have any hsg to detect in blood or urine.
Hope this helps
