I am not even sure I should bother charting for a couple reasons.

The only thing that you need to worry about is having at least 3-4 hours of consecutive sleep before taking your temp. I toss and turn all night, have never heard of that being an issue. It's more of the consecutive hours of sleep.

The last post was correct, all you have to do is get 3-4 hours of consecutive sleep each night. Plus if you are always a restless sleeper, it will reflect that way in your chartiing. You are looking for a pattern when you chart, so if you are restless every night it won't affect the overall temping.

I credit temping and OPK's for me getting pregnant so fast, It's totally worth it!

Hi I'm the same way, waking up in the middle of the night to use the restroom or waking up to turn over. From my understanding you just need at least 4 hours of sleep. So what i do is use the restroom before bed. Than set my alarm for 3am. I get up at 3am and use the restroom again. Sleep until 7am then chart. My husband thinks it's hilarious that i set the alarm to use the restroom, but if i didn't i'd be getting up at different hours and couldn't guarentee the 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Which BTW isn't always uninterupted like i said i also wake up to turn over, or there are times my kids wake me up earlier. But i figure as long as i'm just laying in bed i'm still good :)
