Question about O and LP

Ugh....I've tried to make this post 3 times and my computer keeps eating it!!!
Okay, I'm currently on CD 23 and I still haven't O'd, which of course is making me a basket case. According to FF, I O'd on CD 18 last cycle, but I have a suspicion that I didn't O until CD 24. I had pain the night before that, and then my temp shot up. I also had a lot of CM, which I thought was creamy but who knows since I'm so new at this. The problem is, if I did O on CD 24, my LP is only 7 days which isn't good. So, my question is this, how do you move your O date forward and lengthen your LP (in case I need to)? I know there's probably some vitamin or something, but I'm not having any luck with google so I thought I'd ask you smart ladies. Thanks for your help!
p.s. I'm attaching a pic of last month's cycle in case anyone wants to share their opinion on which day I O'd. Thanks again!

Hi Cassie,
I'm still kinda new at this too, but I think you just need added progesterone to lengthen the LP?

Hi Cassie!
I think vitamin B6 is a good one to lengthen the LP. Might want to check.

You can try vitamin B6 and B Complex together. I also have a short LP and am trying this method this month. It doesn't work for everyone. If you notice that your LP is still short after several cycles you can see your doctor about getting progesterone rx. There is also progesterone cream available OTC that is sold for menopause, but from what I've read, it doesn't seem very effective.
Good luck!
