What is the safest OTC pain reliever to take during the 2ww?

Yes tylenol/acetominophen is best !!

I just read in the October Parents magazine a short article about pain relievers. It said that ibuprofen and aspirin can actually prevent conception or cause early miscarriage! It did however say that acetomenaphin (Tylenol) is totally safe.
