Question about temps

I don't chart my temps, but I have been running a low grade fever for two days now. I am at between 7-10 dpo. Do any of you think this might end up as a bfp? I know with my son I was hot ALL of the time... Or is it to soon to tell?

What have your temps been the last couple of days? Do you feel sick at all? It's hard to say if it could be a sign, you could probably test in a couple of days.
