I'm currently taking B-Complex to help lenghten my LP. You can begin taking them anytime, but I started at the beginning of a cycle so I could track my LP better. It takes up to ninety days (according to my RE) for vitamin supplements to make a difference. I take mine at night because they made me a little nauseaus at first. I'm four DPO with my second cycle of B6. My first cycle was not affected. Baby dust and GL. I'll let you know if this LP was longer than last cycle!
