Question regarding ttc & exercise....

It is month 3 and ttc. I am a yoga, spin, aerobics instructor and I also run on my own. I am wondering if I should lay off some of the exercise (i exercise everyday, sometimes 2x a day). Or should I just go about my regular routine? Also, the day after BD, should I not work out at all? Anyone have any advice on this? I've heard it both ways. What is the recommended amt of exercise when ttc???

all I can tell you is you CAN over train. and that can affect your TTC efforts...


they say not to start a new vigorous exercise program while pregnant...


but if you workout before you are preggo you should continue...heck...look at Gabby Reece who still trained everyday...she just increased her caloric intake while pregnant and modified moves

I would check into what poses to avoid during conception early pregnancy. I know there are things you're not supposed to do with your yoga practice. As far as cardio, I think your body will let you know what you can and cannot do. I went to the gym every day for 1.5 hours, until my body said slow down please.
