questions for doctor???
| Mon, 09-01-2003 - 11:25am |
I am going for my first visit with a midwife for my annual exam. I will be 7dpo and on our third month of TTC. I thought maybe everyone could post questions they think I should (or anyone else going to the dr)ask her regarding TTC and once I get pg.
All suggestions are welcome!
Thank you in advance,

That post is for someone who has TTC 7 months.
I don't know if they will classify you as having any problems, I just read somewhere that the average for TTC/getting PG is like 4 months.
Since you are not looking at problems yet, you may just want to do a "pre conception" visit, that is what I did with my Nurse Practitioner at my yearly this spring. I told her we were getting ready to TTC. She asked me about childhood illnesses like chickenpox, measels, etc, if there were any problems in my family etc. Then pronounced me in good health and said have fun LOL.
She does not do maternity work, so since you are seeing a midwife you could talk to her about maternity care and labor and delivery.
Good luck, let us know how it goes.
