Really Confused

Okay, I decided to start charting this month, and I think it has me more confused than ever. My temps don't indicate that I've O'd yet, but I felt O pain on the 22nd. My cycles had been 23 days until the last one which was 25 days. I've also been checking my cervical position and fluid. My temp dropped today, but my cervix is so high today that I can't even reach it! I'm wondering if it is possible that today's dip might be implantation, but it seems like it would be too early for that. I've always kind of kept up with the position of my cervix, but I don't remember it ever being completely out of reach. I just don't know what to think at this point. This may be the longest 2ww ever! Anyone have any ideas what might be going on?

I'd go with the assumption you're fertile now & about to O.

Teresa....

I would say based off of your temps that you are about to O with the temp drop you have on day 13. I know when I first started temping how confusing it can be but keep with it and as you progress you will notice trends. As to the O pain, well I feel my ovary (which ever one I am about to O from) a few days to a week ahead of time before I actually O. Like this crazy cycle I am on (my link is thru my snow man ticker, just click on it to see my cycle), I am seeing a RE (reproductive endocronologist) and I told him that I still have not O'd by cycle day 20+ and he had me come up to see him for an U/S to check to see if I was going to O. I had been having O pains on my left side for a few days before that, and wouldnt you know I had a follicle on that side trying to grow big enough to O. The point of my endless rambling is that you can feel O like pains before you actually O. I chalk it up to the follicle growing big enough to ovulate. Some women never feel this some of us do, which to me helps us identify when we are getting close to O'ing. Goodluck and I hope this cycle is the one for you and you get a BFP!!!

Thanks for your responses. If I had waited a few more hours, I would have gotten the answer without having to post here. When I went to the bathroom a few minutes ago, I had a ton of EWCM. It's unusual for me to ever see any at all. I think because my cycle has been in the 23-25 day range for so long, and AF tends to stick around anywhere from 7-11 days, I think I've been O'ing right at the end of my period, so I haven't been seeing it. I'm just hoping this doesn't mean that I have a short LP. The only time in my life that I've had a 27 or 28 day cycle was when I was on BCP. I'm not going to complain though. This just means that I get to do more BD'ing! Just gotta hope that our work schedules don't collide too much over the next couple of days. Unfortunately we both have jobs where we are on call most of the time. It doesn't look like there's much chance of him getting called away in the next few days, but my job can call me at any time. Enough rambling, I gotta go update my chart. Thanks again!
