I'll be taking one in the next few days, and I don't know what to buy. I have a dollar off coupon for First Response, but I've heard Clearblue might be better. Any thoughts?

TIA

I think Clear Blue is good, but First Response Early is better.

They are all the same. Every pregnancy test is over 98% accurate.

However, they test different amounts of HCG hormones. I believe both tests you mentioned test the same amount of HCG. So, they should provide the same results.

Personally I like the first responce because I find them easy to read and I know they test 20 units. Which is pretty darn low.

I always used FRE, never had an evap line or a false positive, so I was happy with them. As for how early they worked for me, I can't really say. I got BFN at 10 dpo the month I got pg and didn't test again until 15 dpo, at that point it was an extremely dark line that showed up immediately, so I'm sure it would have been at least faintly positive by 12 or 13 dpo. Good luck!

I was really happy with First Response Early. Never had a false positive or evaporation lines. The month that I got my BFP, I used FRE and tested positive at 10dpo. And not even with first morning's urine.

Good Luck!
