If you witness a SPAM post as is seen below- don't post to it! You're just bumping it up so we have to look at its nonsense for longer- you can report it just the same way Connie or I can- click on the post and beside it there are options listed- one of them being "report an inappropriate post". Just click on that and it automatically brings you to the form which you can follow through to submit to iVillage. I have reported this one- the sooner we report them the better. It will be removed, but sometimes takes a little while- just ignore it and keep posting to the other posts and it will get knocked back.
Thanks, Ladies!

What was a SPAM post? I haven't seen any before and would like to know what to look out for.
Thanks!

When I signed up my realy name appeared. I'd like to use an alias as I don't want someone just browsing inadvertently know who I am.
How can I change it?
what she'll need to do is click the "join now" link when she's at the log in page. (it's below the log in so she'll need to scroll down.)
When she gets to that page, in the green area - real small - she'll see this...
Already an iVillage member?
Create an additional member name: Click here.
She can then follow the directions.
Let me know if it works for you! Also let us know who are when you come back with your new name!
