THey said my PL is low it's 14.4, when it suppose to be between 15-20 for a med. cycle. they didnt take the HCG, I think I kind of happy about that. Next week wednesday I go in for another PL & a hcg test. They told me to increase my supp. of progesterone from 2 times a say to 3 time a day. I'm really scared because if I'm PG it's possible I could m/c.

Well I'll keep you ladies posted

Hi Imani, I hope this month is it for you! You have been through so much.

On the bright side, 14.4 is only .6 less that 15, that's not *that* much lower. I sounds like your doctors are taking good care of your and monitoring you closely. Try not to worry-- waiting is so hard! Good luck and keep us updated!

Hugs,

Imani,

How many dpo was the test done? I had a PL test at 7 dpo and it came back as 11. I ended up being pg. I'm not sure how the PL works, but is it possible that even if the egg was fertilized, it might not be implanted yet? I'm not sure how I ended up pg with an 11 PL at 7dpo, but so far so good.

Good luck to you!

I took the test at 7dpo. I'm on progesterone Suppository already that why my pl is bad. It basically mean my body is not give off any or a little progesterone. If I wasn't on the prog supp. I probably would have a lower PL then what I have aready.

Thanks for your support and by you telling me your situation helped me out alot, it makes me feel like I still have a chance.

(((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))) Imani...that doesn't sound too low, which is a good thing. I liked Kim's post on hers being 11 at 7 dpo and ending up pg. I hope that will be the case with you too!! So, I have to ask you how come you're concerned with the progesterone and m/c....only because you know back in November when my cycle didn't show normal and I couldn't throw a urine test (and the dumb dr didn't do a b/t) he kept giving me that progesterone to "start" af...and how mid-December I did finally get the + hpt, but by the end of the progesterone- no af and another trip to ob/gyn and another - urine test and u/s all that was visible was an ovarian cyst....was it possible that the ob/gyn putting me on that progesterone caused me to lose the baby? Your comments of concern have me thinking that the ob/gyn I was seeing created a m/c for me and I may have been very much indeed pg and if he would have done a d*** b/t he would have seen it from the very start. Sorry- I was doing so good about not being worked up about that whole three months being told I was annovulatory when I wasn't having any problems up until that cycle are just now surfacing so strongly again.

(((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))) I've got so many prayers going for you right now- you wouldn't believe it!! I'm hoping to see you posting BFP next week and maybe even with twins like Eone- lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hang in there Sweetie!!! LOLove, Connie

I'm sorry, Imani! But that's not that bad, and I haven't read the other responses, but I'm sure Sara posted her story. She had such a low pl that her doctor thought her hpt was defective. But that baby is now 3 years old! Hang in there - and remember, those suppositories work FAST! Love, Eone

Imani, tons of hugs coming your way. Do not worry too much. (m, DS, preg ment.)

My progesterone was really low when I was pg with DS, so low in fact my dr thought my hpt wasn't right. DS is now a happy and healthy 3 yr old. When I had my blood test last week at 16 dpo my progesterone was only 12.44. (So yours is already higher than mine was). After 2 days of progesterone suppositories my progesterone was 27! So they do work. I know how nerve racking it is, but just know that I have been where you are, and am there right now. Even though my progesterone is up now and my HCG is doing what it should, the concern is still there. Tons of hugs and prayers and positive thoughts for you. I hope you get that BFP next week!!!!

Sara
