FYI - duplicate post from charts section - don't seem to do much business down there...

Good Morning Ladies!!! : )

This is my first month charting and I'm already obsessed with looking at you. It's interesting to see all the changes in our bodies as we go through one cycle.

What is a coverline temp? How and when do you determine it? Is it normal for my temps to be staggered during AF?

Also, AF started about 10:00p.m. on 10/4 - there was quite a bit of red blood on TP, but it didn't real flow freely until I was on my feet on 10/5 - which day should I count as Day 1? Right now I have 10/5 on my chart, should I change it?

Thanks for the help & GL to all!!

We can't see your chart Denise...seems to be the wrong link there. Can you try posting it again? Go to "homepage" and copy the red url from that to post.

Thanks!

When you look at the page that you gave us, click the button on the left that says "home page." You'll see a url for a home page which will just show people what you specify on your home page, rather than see your chart as if logged in. It should be a shorter link, like mine below. Just copy and paste it.

YAY! There it is!LOL! Your temps look perfectly normal for this stage of the game. It is normal to jump arond a bit during AF. I would leave cd1 as you have it- since it was late at night that the red started. The coverline is determined by FF after "o" has been set. The coverline will help guide you as to where your post "o" temps stand- 18 temps above cover=pg! It is usually calculated by averaging the 6 temps before "o". Nothing you need to be concerned with right now- just keep temping and let FF take care of that.

HTH! (((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))
