A *shadow* of a line....

So, I'm getting lots of AF cramps, but no AF. Plus this "vaginal stabbing" sensation that I had with my DS (OB's words of what I described).
So, I decide to take a test. Though it's the afternoon, I peed 2 hrs ago, just ate lunch and drank water, and it's an EPT, which I know is less sensitive. So at 3 minutes (I watch and wait), no line. I take it into the kitchen to look at the sunlight, and suddenly the line looks horizontal, instead of vertical. Within a minute (5 or 6 minutes total since I took the test)there is a shadow of a line there. And I mean a shadow.
So I go look at the instructions and the box says not to read a neg result after 20 minutes. This has been about 7-8. I call my DH, and now the line is faint pink, but completely noticable if I hold my arm away from my body and look at it across the room.
Could this be it? I also got faint +++ with my DS 14dpo. Now I'm wiondering if my last BD was CD16 (night) I could have o'd 3 or 4 days after that, first making today 14dpo. (I don't chart and 2nd month off BCP).
MY DS is napping and then we'll run to catch a train, so I can't even test again until tomorrow morning! No more tests in the house! Maybe I'll buy a test and sneak in a pee at my sister's house.
Whaddya think???
Dana
PS I jsut called EPT and they said that if I moved the test it could affetc the results (which I did). So now I think I have to wake my son up so i cam run to the drugstore before I need to catch a train and take another test. I'll be so bummed if it's negative!

Don't you just love examining those tests with a microscope! LOL!
Any suggestions? Good luck to you!
