Sharp ovary pains. Ovulation?

Hi there! My cycles are usually on average 30 days but can be shorter or longer. DH and I DTD at 11pm on CD 11. Today is CD 14 and I have had very sharp stabbing twinges on my left by my ovary. I've been on vacation and not exercising as much (I'm a fitness instructor and am usually teaching two classes a day) so could my cycle be a little shorter this month? Could the timing of sex give us a good shock of pregnancy? Thanks for looking!
