Hi Girls,

Just after some more advice to help lengthen my LP please.......

In short: I'm 34

I was on Depo Provera contraceptive injection for years and years (from about aged 19), didn't renew shot in April 2008.

No AF while on Depo.

AF arrived in July and then I had 3 annovulatory cycles.

I'm now coming to the end of my 4th cycle where I've ovulated and I've started red spotting at 8 dpo.

In each of those 4 cycles I've started spotting at around 9 dpo, with spotting for 3 or 4 days until AF arrives. Hey I'm regular :)

After 2 cycles of this I started to add vitamins.

Pregnancy Multivit, Agnus Castus 1000mg, Vit B6 100mg, Vit E 100 iu 67mg

Stephanie,

Thanks for your reply.

I'm already trying 100 mg of B6, just not sure how much more I can take of it. Not sure if 200 mg is too much.

Vitamin b6 is water soluable so what they body doesn't use is flushed out in your urine. It has a really low danger rating. It may however turn your pee neon yellow and that is just the b6 flushing out. I jus read that b12 should be taken when upping amounts of b6. I went and bought a b12 supplement to take with my b6 supplement and in addition to those my prenatal vitamin has b6 in it and so does the vitamin combo I take for hair, skin and nails. So I'm sure I take probably 150mg a day of b6, I'll know this cycle if it helped, well if I don't get a bfp. Well maybe even so because I had spotting for days even though I had gotten a bfp and hopefully the extra vitamins will help. It is said that taking 200mg is fine as well. I would definately do some more research if you are still concerned about it. I'm not a doctor and can only relay what I have found through research and experience. Best of luck to you !
