Should I call the Dr?

Well as some of you may know I've been camped out in the AF Overdue section for two weeks now. AF still has not arrived and I'm on cd 43. This is my first cycle off of BCP which I know can be really wacky. I've had AF like cramps since 8/18. They've been really strong at times and then gone completely away. I've also had a few dizzy spells and some other symptoms that may just be result of too much obsession. All of the HPTs I've taken have come up BFN. The most recent HPT was this morning with FMU. This past Sunday I noticed a very very (very) light brown tint to CM (sorry TMI) but I only saw it when checking internally, it never made it outside and it was gone when I checked again 2 hours later. At first I thought maybe it was AF on its way but it wasn't. Then I thought maybe it was IB but I'm not so sure about that either. I thought I knew when I O'd last month but I could be off on the date (I'm a newbie at all this so there is definitely room for error). Anyway, I've had cramping since yesterday and it's still here today. I started to get a little hopeful yesterday because I got nauseaus after lunch and dinner. My mouth was very watery but I managed to keep everything down. I was also really tired yesterday, I laid around on the couch all night which is out of the ordinary for me. So I took a HPT this morning and it was BFN. Maybe I'm just starting to come down with something.
Anyway, this is all out of the ordinary and new to me and I'm not sure if it's time to call the doctor and make sure that everything is ok or if I'm jumping the gun. I imagine that if I were pg I would have gotten a BFP by now. It's ok if we didn't hit the target the first time out, but if not I'm ready to get on with cycle 2 and start trying again. I know there are a lot of you out there who can probably relate and I was hoping for a little advice. Would you call the doctor at this point or do you think I should just wait it out a little longer?
TIA
Ashley

Good luck and I hope to see your BFP soon!!!
