Should I test?

Could someone please look and my chart and tell me if I should test. I little background for you: I always have a ten day luteal phase and I am not 12DPO. Not to provide TMI, but I use NFP and the spotting I've had yesterday and today is only in my vagina. It has yet to reach a pad and when I use the restroom it is not there when I wipe. I am mildly crampy. However, my cervix hurts if that makes any sense. What do you think? If it is a start of a period, it is very odd for me. If I am pregnant also odd. I have never spotted while pregnant. Thank you for your help.

I know that my post is not going to help much, and my first suggestion is yes, test, if the flow is not red then there is a chance that it could still be implantation bleeding. But then again if it is your test may still read negative, I would test anyway (being that I am a test-aholic) and if a true AF doesn't show withing 10 days I'd test again.

I understand the feelings you are having. I am only about 4 days past O and have been having this general aching feeling in my uterous and cervix, kind of like pre AF symptoms. I usually do not have the crampy feeling until the day AF starts, so I am totally confused this month. From what I have read the pain you are feeling could be caused by the changes that occur in the cervix during the beginning stages of pregnancy. I am wishing you luck and if the spotting doesn't stop with a BFp then call your doctor right away.

Lots of BFP vibes coming at ya!

Thank you for your reply. It appears as if there is no need to test. AF has arrived in town for sure it seems. Best of luck on your journey to parenthood. I hope this is your month!

Theresa:

I'm so sorry your af arrived:( This journey to parenthood can be so frustrating. My past two cycles I could have sworn that I was pg cuz I spotted before af, which I've never done before, and also it was just on tp never on panties. So it's very disappointing to have af show up when you've gotten your hopes up. Sending lots of ****Babydust**** your way.
