BTW, AF arrived for me today... C'mon metformin, it's time to do your work!! I wish it could do something about these CRAMPS!
I am so sorry about AF showing. (((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) I hope the metformin works for next cycle. If you don't mind, can I ask you a question about the metformin. What is it used for. (The reason I ask is b/c my father is on glucophage, which is a form of metformin for his diabetes. Was wondering how it is used for TTC.)
hmmm... this board is going to take some getting used to.
Rebecca, I'm so sorry AF found you and that she has the nerve to be mean to you. I was looking forward to your stickers (we're all out of stamps here!). I hope the met works and this is your last visit with AF for a *long* time. (((hugs)))
Sara, your chart looks amazing! Come on BFP!! When will you test again?
My temps are still up @13dpo, but I'm not convinced I'm pg. I kept running to the bathroom yesterday thinking spot had arrived, but there was nothing. I've been looking for some sort of sign, but the only thing unusual is my face breaking out (sheesh - I thought people over 30 didn't get acne!). If my temps are still up, I may test tomorrow. http://www.FertilityFriend.com/home/19e3b
Have a great day, Joan
I am going to try this again. My postings keep going in the folder and not under the person I am trying to post to, so I am thinking maybe we can't post directly to a person anymore. (Which I so don't like!!) Your chart looks great! GL!! Hope you get that BFP!! If my temp is still up tomorrow I will test again then. Want to test with me? : )
it is very annoying that you cannot reply to one person. Ugh! And think of all the messages we'll have to sort through.
I will be happy to POAS with you tomorrow morning if my temps don't crash. GL and stay hot!
I am still not happy about the board set up, but I did figure out that even though on the board they all just post jumbled together, if you go to the top and click outline view it will arrange it so that you can see the posts being directed directly to you. Much harder to navigate, but at least it helps a little.
I hope both of our temps stay up tomorrow and we both get to POAS! : ) GL!!
In response to your question about metformin, I have PCOS which is linked with insulin resistance. The metformin is supposed to make my body more sensitive to insulin and help to rebalance other hormones that are affected by the presence of too much insulin - at least that's the way I understand it. People with IR also have a much higher chance of developing type II diabetes by the time they are 40. Here's to hoping!!
