We got pg miraculously naturally with our little 4 month old angel after 4 years of infertility - 2 IVFs and 1 FET (the 2nd IVF did work and we have twins from that one) I am going to paste an email I sent someone about what we did here for you because it worked for us with our baby Nadine Rose who is 4 months today. I used to host an infertility web site and I have done lots of research on this topic. I am hoping that maybe if someone else reads this and tries it, it will work for them too.
Good luck and God Bless!
Love,
Teri
p.s. my email is twinniesmom@yahoo.com if someone wants to email me.

Here is the information that we did this
time around. Yes, we did miscarry a baby in between, but got pg the third month of
trying naturally on this regimine, and Nadine Rose was born 9 months
later! Here's the info. I'd be so interested in your outcome! GOOD
LUCK and best wishes,
Teri aka Tappy
**I did the following:
Take one 81 mg aspirin per day. It can either be one baby aspirin or
one slow dissolve Bayer-type that older adults take. I took the
latter. This is to make it easy for the baby to implant in the
uterus by minimizing any clotting. I found this to be particulary
important for us and took one aspirin right through to 8 weeks
pregnant, beginning the day we first started trying again.
I also bought a book called "The Infertility Diet". They probably
have this book on www.half.com if you can't find it anywhere else. I
forget the author - maybe Fern Weiss? I followed this so-so. I
guess as best as I could, but not very strictly.
I also took one tablet of Wheatgrass powder a day (available in GNC)
(instead of eating fress Wheatgrass as described in the
aforementioned book - yuck) - and one vitamin E a day (which does
similar to the baby aspirin)
Then we bought the Clear Plan Easy Fertility Monitor off Ebay. It
was about $150.00 but worth every penny. Try typing in Fertility
Monitor on www.ebay.com and it should come up. If you bid at the
last second, you'll get one. They are pretty hot items. Make sure
you buy a new one in unopened packaging. This
monitor is much better than just the ovulation sticks because the
sticks only test for LH (I think that's the one) which peaks the day
of ovulation, so you have a really short window. The monitor on the
other hand also test for another hormone (I forget which - FSH?)
which peaks 2-3 days prior to ovulation, so it gives you more like
2-3 days of trying. I honestly think that this was the biggest
factor in everything. (also, we definitely got pg from "doggie style" *blush*)
Then DH did the following:
DH took a vitamin called Pycnogenol. It is available in
GNC. Here is the information on it: Here's the link to their
website. This is the main page: http://www.reproendo.com
This is their latest info: http://reproendo.com/whatsnew.htm
AND this is the study (it is under the archives section of the latest
info link and also at the bottom of the page where he speaks in
France):

DH also took Vitamin E and Vitamin C.
If you need any more info or anything, or if the link doesn't work,
please let me know. I hope this was of some help. Good luck, and
I'll keep you both in my prayers because that may be the most
powerful of all things.
