Morning Sisters!

Hope everyone is doing well and staying dry. I thought I would get this thread started again this morning.

I have a chart question. One of my temps while travelling was high (97.9) which is a really high Pre-O temp for me. I was afraid that would mess with my coverline so I discarded that temp this morning and it gave me the CL. Just as I suspected, I O'd on Monday which was cd 16 and MIL day (for me) which makes me 3dpo. Would you have discarded that temp?

Thanks for your opinions and support :)

Kathy,

YES! I would throw out the temp. As you can see from my chart, it was all over the place and I was traveling to a different city every day from cd6-cd19.

GL on catching the eggie. Sending you BFP vbes.

Good Morning Sisters,

I see Kathy is up bright and early this morning. Hope everyone is well. Today we're going to talk about God's protection and trusting in Him. I think this little story goes hand in hand with what seems to have become our motto---"Let go and Let God."

Source: "Women of Devotion"

Related Scriptures: Mark 5:36, 1John 4:18

Key Scripture: Psalm 127:1

"Unless the Lord protects a city, sentries do no good."

Title: "God's Protection"

" I have always been afraid to be alone at night. Since my husband is a minister, he is sometimes called to the hospital in the early-morning hours.

We pastored one church where the parsonage was completely isolated. When my husband was called to the hospital, I stayed up as usual and locked the door behind him. Then I made another round , checking all the locks on each door. I would sit down for a few minutes and then make my rounds again, checking the doors and praying, "Please , Lord, protect us and take care of us."

After repeating this routine six times, it seemed as if the Lord spoke to me and asked, "Don't you trust Me?" I immediately said, "Yes, Lord." Then I realized that no, I was not trusting Him when my actions proved differently. If I trusted Him, I would go back to bed after checking the doors once and asking His protection for my family.

Now I do not fear. Instead I trust the words said to Jairus concerning his daughter: "Don't be afraid. Just trust me". ( Mark 5:37 )

Remember today: "Perfect love casts out fear" (1John 4:18)

My prayer for today:

Lord, we know that You are the protector of all things. Help us to put our trust in You concerning all the things that we worry about daily--- finances, jobs, TTC and many other things. We know that You will not forsake us and we can trust that we are always in Your loving care. We ask all these things in Your precious name. Amen.

That was a great devotional. Trust us something that we all have to deal with and its so hard sometimes.

How is everyone feeling? I still have sore nipples. They are sore to touch (one more than the other) and as soon as they are touched they get as hard as rocks. Its funny. Last night DH looked at them and said, "Ohmygosh, those are huge!" I didnt think much of it because I am fairly busty anyway, but he said, "Kate, they are way bigger" I didnt believe him until I put my bra on this morning. It definately fit differently. I dont know though, I dont want to think anything of it, but I wanted to tell you ladies anyway! I dont know it ift too early or not to have symptoms because I dont know when I oed. Oh well, time will tell.

Have a great day ladies and I will check back in later!

Good Morning Sisters!

Lisa - Thanks again for the devotional! Those are so great. It is wonderful to start the day with an uplifting devotional and prayer.

Oli - I know the wait is hard! Hang in there... :)

Kathy...I don't know about your chart. It is so hard to really be able to pinpoint an exact day of O...even with temp charting... Hope you catch that eggie!!!

Heather - I looked at your pictures from the Buddy Walk. Those are great! I know you guys had a lot of fun. And of course, Daniel was a precious as ever! :)

I'm doing okay this morning. No real bad side effects from the Clomid except for slight nausea...and things I usually like taste strange to me. But I can handle it... I'm feeling happy as I only have 4 more workdays left at my icky job!!! Of course, that also means only 1 more paycheck... which is not so fun! But we are going to be fine...I'm getting an extended "vacation" until we move to Seattle in January. Will start working again once we get moved...but in another field! I've already found a real estate agency that I will be working with when I move...so that is exciting. Now...I just need to finish my real estate course and study for the state licensing exam.... Okay...I'm rambling on...

Hope everyone has a GREAT day!

Take care,

Anne

Good Morning Dahling!

IMHO, I would have disgarded that temp too. Traveling is NOTORIOUS for throwing off temps and if you KNOW that 97.9 is a high pre O temp, that I'd say dump it. Other then that, how are things going for you today?

Hi Sisters!

How's everybody doing today? Kathy, I would disregard the temp as long as it is out of the normal range. Oli, I really hope you get that BFP-the signs are looking good!! Anne, hang in there-you're almost outta there! Well, I'm extremely happy today because I got a peak reading on my fertility monitor, which means I'll O within about the next 24 hours or so. I woke up DH this morning for an early BD just to make sure I don't miss O. The next 2 weeks are going to be really hard to get through-I hope no one minds me complaining about the wait for the next 2 weeks. I'm off to class, and will check in later.

Thank you for the devotional Lisa! I'm notorious for "saying" that I put faith and trust in the Lord, but then do the opposite. Actions speak louder then words most definitely!

How are you doing today Lisa? You should be about 8DPO about now right? Hmmm....in a couple days, you may start feeling some not-so-imaginary symptoms! :o) Ohhhhh.....I'm so excited for ya girl! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that BFP!

Good Morning Anne!

Thanks for taking a "peek" at my pics. We did have a great time......it was held at the Santa Anita Race track this year instead of a regional park and I think that made for a bigger crowd. It's so nice to see all the support and love going out to those who have Down. It really warms your heart. :o)

Glad to hear side effects have been minimal with the Clomid. I've been taking Zoloft for some anxiety issues for about 1½ years and get some nausea with it. I must say that the positives most definitely out weigh the negatives in this case, so I just deal with it.

Oh my....good luck with your RE exam. Dh is a real estate agent....actually he's a mortgage broker now, but still does real estate every now and then. The market here in California was on a refi boom because of the low rates, but has slowed down now.

Good Morning!

Well it looks like we'll get one more nice day before the rain moves in. We woln't get anything to bad (western Pa)just a little flooding I think.

Lisa- Thanks for the Devotional and prayer. You must be ready to burst being 8 dpo.

Kathy- Sorry I am not good w/ charting its only my 2nd month.

Oli-Hold out don't use that test yet. you can do it!!

Anne- Are you excited to move? Do you know anyone? Thats great you already have a job lined up. I always though real estate would be fun. Getting to see all those different homes.

Jen- How do you like the monitor? Is it easy to use? Can you use it if your cycles are as long as 40 days? Hope you catch the eggie!

I am in the boring stage right now, second day of AF. I am glad my temp droped so I know things are working normaly.

Have a great day all.

God Bless

Sharyn
