that's true.It' delay O not Af.lp remains mostly same so

Hi Jules! ya, like i recently mentioned via email i think, AF is alwasy a certain number of days after O. you can O ANYTIME, but AF will alwasy come the same number of days, give or take a day. so it is not accurate to say 'my period came 2 weeks late!" really, ovulation came 2 weeks late, and AF was probably right on time. (like i said happened to me when my aunt visited - she stresses me out a LOT)

BTW, i just ovulated 3 days earlier than expected this month, so if i am not pregnant, i will appear to have AF 3 days earlier, but really it should be the same number of days after Ovulation as it alwasy is. Lets just hope it doesnt come to that tho, LOL
