Super short AF?

Sooo...confused a little. This AF was way different from my other ones I've always had. Normally I spot for a little bit (maybe 1/2 a day) then it gets medium for the rest of the day, heavy for 2 days, then medium for another day, then light and/or spotty for a few days. This time it was medium right away with no spotting initially for one day and then light for two days and now just very little spotting. My AF's are never this light or short. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant as my boobs stopped hurting and all symptoms I thought I had are gone and my test I took just before AF was negative. any ideas why this one would be so different?

I think that changes in diet, vitamin intake, stress and even temperature changes in your sleep environment can change

there have been changes in all of those lately for me! It's been quite cool for the last few days, I've had no appetite for about the last two weeks...I've still been eating but not a lot...and I've been taking my prenatals more than I had been. Thanks for your advice! :)

I just experienced that same thing I'm used to having at least 4 days of good flow and that didn't happen this AF. I had 2 days of light and I mean light flow and one day of medium which I called medium because it was a little heavier. Now I am on my second day of spotting when I wipe. I'm thinking that maybe it is from the metformin I started last week but I though it would have been early to affect my AF.
