Temping question

As sucky as it is to wake up early, if you're serious about temping & charting, you need to take it at the earlier time AND set an alarm & do it on dh's days off too. You need at least 3 hours of sleep before temping or the temp could be wacky & you need to take it ASAP -no laying around or moving. You also need to temp orally -under the arm won't be accurate enough, especially when you're groggy! Use the same spot under your tongue too. Hard core tempers even do it vaginally!!

I know I sound very bossy, but if temping sounds like it would be too much trouble, I wouldn't even bother. You'll end up with a wonky chart that will most likely stress you out. I always set my alarm on my phone (so dh wouldnt wake up), temped & went back to sleep. It takes a a week or so to make it a routine.
