Temping whooha vs mouth

I was wondering if anyone temps vaginally ? I was thinking about switching to temping that way to see if my temps were less erractic and I wouldn't have to worry about my occasional mouth breathing. Any input would be appreciated.

Interesting terminology!!! How creative! I just wanted to tell you that I temp "whooha" and it works much better for me. Not that I had erratic temps before but I was always stressed about whether or not my temp was accurate because DH swears I sleep with my mouth open sometimes. Just not having to stress about it was well worth it. Good luck this cycle!!

I personally mouth breathe all the time and my temps are steady.

However, I have heard that temping vaginally is more accurate and less variances will have any effect. But, you souldn't switch over mid cycle. Because there could be a big enough difference to throw off your temps, esp if you're pre-O.

Hope it all works out for you!

LOL it's a new phrase I have come to enjoy and people get a kick out of it. I spend so much time with doctors at this point using the actual terminology that I need to make myself laugh. I was hoping for some good responses because I am concerned especially after my last cycle where O couldn't be confirmed
