you have a faint second line on the OPK for a whole week prior to ovulation? I know that it takes a solid, dark line to show LH surge, but if you have a faint second line for so many days is this an indication of a problem? TIA!!!

I don't think it's a problem, but I'm not sure. I know that I have a couple days of faint lines beforehand. I think it just means that there is some LH in your system, but not enough to register as a surge. Maybe search on Yahoo or Google and see if there are problems with longterm LH levels?

Good luck

Christy, thanks for the reply. I did some research last night and it said that there is always LH in your system, so it's okay to have a faint lane frequently. Thanks again and best wishes!!
