timing of O and BD

So how soon after O is it possible to conceive? I finally had some EWCM yesterday morning, only a little watery CM before that. All negative OPKs, although I was using those Answer strips at 12pm and 8pm and who knows how reliable they are. Temp started to go up 2 mornings ago, but I had the EWCM later that morning. And the temp increase was within my normal FP range. Can you have EWCM the day after O?

Anyway, the real question is, assuming I O'd sometime yesterday afternoon or evening (which may not be the case), is it possible that BD'ing late last night was helpful? I know they say once the temp is up, the window is probably gone. We BD'd on Sunday, but I didn't insist on yesterday since I thought I had another day - stupid OPKs.

Oh and as an aside, I haven't used my preseed yet, but I have used some of the "sperm-friendly" lube made by the same people. I hope it doesn't hurt anything.

The lifespan of an egg is between 12-24 hours. If you did O yesterday than BDing last night would have covered it. HTH
